I am now back in my home studio which is looking slightly more organised than it was. I am currently working on a new group of paintings using monotype prints and oil on paper. My current project is inspired by the deterioration of materials, symbols and landscapes; their loss of clarity and meaning through time. I am interested in how we feel when we step into abandoned, destroyed buildings or places with a hidden past.
